The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our Regina Truck Sales Team.
You will administer the Sales process, coordinate between internal Teams, handle Customer inquiries, manage documentation and inventory accuracy, and help ensure timely vehicle delivery.
What You’ll Do
• Administer and support the full Sales process from start to finish
• Coordinate between Sales, Finance, Parts, and Service Teams to ensure seamless transactions
• Handle Customer inquiries professionally and promptly
• Ensure Sales inventory records, documentation, and transactions are accurate and complete
• Prepare and process Sales paperwork and related documentation
• Provide support to the F&I Representative & support the timely delivery of vehicles to Customers
• Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with internal procedures
• Contribute to a high-performing Sales Team focused on delivering exceptional Customer experiences
What You’ll Bring
• Strong Customer Service and communication skills
• High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a Team atmosphere
• Background and/or education in business, sales, finance, or accounting
• Experience in the heavy-duty Truck/Trailer industry (a major asset)
• 1A Driver’s License (a major asset)
